S'Mores and Pizza Movie Night

Do you need a break from the hurried holiday season? Come join your
fellow L.A. Chapter Slugs for an evening of classic comedy relief.
We will start with the 1974 Mel Brooks comedy "Blazing Saddles," and
immediately following that, we will show the 1980 comedy "Caddyshack."
We will also have some yummy S'mores for dessert. Make some new
friends and treat yourself to an evening that has nothing at all to
do with the holidays. Space is limited, so R.S.V.P. today!

Annual Business Meeting and Elections
Saturday, November 15, 2003
Please join us for our Annual Business Meeting and Elections, then
enjoy Descanso's beautiful gardens with its unique plant collections.
Camellias, Toyon Berries, Annuals and Gingko will be in bloom.
Come to the meeting and find out more about what the LA Chapter
has been doing, tell us what you would like to get out of the
LA Chapter, and find out how you can participate more in the chapter.
Elections will be held for the 2004 Chapter Officers. Positions on
our Board of Members are always open to interested alumni.
After the meeting, you are invited to tour the gardens at no cost.
