I was once a graduate student in the
Computer
Engineering program at the University of California,
Santa Cruz. While attending UCSC I lived in
Felton.
Research Projects
My research work was with the SCTest
group. Back when I was doing research I did a bit of work on the UCSC
Nemesis,
Test Pattern Generator and Fault Simulator.
Currently I'm working at NVIDIA doing DFT.
I still care about testing, testability, and diagnosis of integrated circuits. But I also care a lot about test data compression.
