8. What other comments or feedback do you have about our office environment? | Computer-in-corner makes pairing awkward Chairs not very flexible: arms too low, should be more customizable Cubes yuck! It's often very difficult to find a room with a computer to have meetings. It would be good if rooms 1-4 and ROAR had computers and projector screens. A portable projector would be fine. Too many wires! Use windows/blinds to conrol lighting. I feel that my belongings are safe but really, there's no peace and quiet, do-not-disturb is nonexistent. I connect in an "honest" way--others are too intent on being "pets" or are driven by very personal agendas. As brilliant as some of my colleagues are and as dynamic as we are in our approaches to work, our physical work environment doesn't reflect this vibrancy. Too structured, tight. More plants The intersection (404/401) is too busy for an introvert. Need better chairs My cube is bigger than I need (I don't do paper). What about laptops (with wireless)? Does not provide a team atmosphere Need to turn off overhead lights I love my window seat and my neighbours, but it would be perfect if my desk were enclosed completely. I feel weird that passers by can see me behind my back. I enjoy where I am now. Lots of light. | I like the current setup The chair wasn't an improvement Everything is great so far! Pixar! | Need more storage space The desk size is good. Having wheels to move is also good. I think I just need more walls around me. I get distracted easily. I love the mobile furniture, even with the drawbacks of limited space Furniture on wheels is great. Would be better if it was centred around us, with meeting rooms to the outside, instead of us around a meeting room. Now you've got workflow vs everyone else. |
