French Bread
9.5 oz water, 90-100 degrees
3.5 cups bread flour
1.5 tsp sugar
1.25 tsp salt
1 Tb applesauce
2 tsp active dry yeast

My Hazelnut Corn Oat Wheat Bread
8.5 oz water, 90-100 degrees
3 Tb honey
1 Tb molases
2 cups bread flour
0.5 cup wheat flour
0.5 cup oats (not instant)
0.25 cups ground hazelnuts
0.25 cups corn meal
1.5 Tb dry milk
0.5 tsp salt
2 Tb wheat gluten
2 tsp sunsweet lighter bake
2 tsp active dry yeast

Oat Bran & Fresh Apple
0.75 cups warm apple juice, 90-100 degrees
1 egg white
1 Tb honey
1 Tb apple sauce
1 cups freshly grated apples (peeled)
0.75 cup + 2 Tb whole wheat flour
1 cup + 2 Tb oat bran
0.75 cup bread flour
0.5 cup rolled oats (not instant)
0.5 tsp cinnamon
1 Tb wheat germ
2 Tb wheat gluten
2 tsp active dry yeast

Banana Wheat Bread
0.25 cup warm water
0.25 cup honey (hint: heat with water)
1 egg (or substitute 2 egg whites)
0.5 tsp vanilla
0.25 cup apple sauce
1.5 cups wheat flour
1.5 cups bread flour
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
0.5 tsp salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

12 oz water
4 Tb applesauce
4 cups bread flour
1 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
